1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries.

  • International delivery typically takes 2-7 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, or border-related charges imposed by their country.

  • These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import or customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and applicable fees.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and service level.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional reshipping fees may apply.

  • Refunds (if issued) will exclude original shipping charges.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and include your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where appropriate. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.

8. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs clearance

  • High shipping volumes
