Refund policy
Returns
Returns must be logged within 30 days of purchase.
You must provide proof of purchase, and return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened, packaging.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to update you on the inspection, review, and refund status.
If your refund is approved, within 10 business days, your refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received within 10 business days of the approval email, please email us to confirm there are no errors in the process.
If our records show the refund was processed, contact your credit card provider.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. You must report this within 15 days of placing your order. Email us at contact@callusperformance.com with a picture of the problematic product and a summary
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for replacement/exchanges will be on standard shipping times available.
